A: Most of our products are custom-made, so the price depends on per customers’ special need including the detailed material composition, sizes, quantity and so on. You can tell us the details of the products you need. Then we will calculate the cost specially for you.
Q: I want to buy tungsten carbide product, how can I choose the correct material grade? A: Now we have more than 100 different kinds of tungsten carbide grades. You can tell us the chemical composition of the material you need and then we can confirm the grade for you. But if you’re not certain about the chemical details, you can tell us the application or the purpose of the parts/tools/materials you need, our engineer will choose the most suitable grade for you accordingly.
Q: I need a part/tool made of tungsten/molybdenum/tungsten carbide/tungsten alloy. Can you quote me the
price? A: We can make parts/tools as per customers’ requests. You need to supply detailed drawing with all dimensions and tolerances, material grade (or application/purpose of the product if you are not sure about the grade), estimated order quantity etc. Our technician will check the cost accordingly.
Q: What’s your payment terms? A: Payment depends on your order amount. For trial orders and orders no more than USD8000, the payment is by T/T 100% in advance. For bigger orders, we need to get 30% deposit by T/T and balance 70% by T/T after shipment by sea/ before shipment by air. And for very big order, we can also accept payment by irrevocable LC at sight.
Q: How’s the delivery time? A: For most orders, we need about 15-20 days for production and another 7-10 days to arrange export procedures and internal shipment. So it will take about 20-30 days before we send the goods to you. But if we have stock for the goods you need, the delivery time will be sooner.
Q: Can you arrange shipment and quote the freight? A: We have our own shipping agent and can arrange shipment to all the major cities around the world. Please send us your order
content and port name, we will offer you the shipping cost and shipping period.
Q: I need to have quality certificate for my goods. Can you supply it? A: The quality certificate is supplied by email or fax after shipment of your order. It is issued for each batch indicating the chemical composition and sizes of the products you have.
