Tungsten with high melting point, high resistance, good intensity and low evaporation pressure, suitable for making heating element. Placing film material (aluminum, chrome, indium etc.) in vacuum metalizing machine, with high vacuum, the heating element (tungsten heater) will evaporate the film turn into shiny and beautiful film.

 

Description of Tungsten Wire:

 

1. Purity: 99.95%-99.98%; 
2. Grade: W1, WAL1,W-4
3. Density:19.2g/cm3
4. Package:wooden case or on request;
5. The tungsten wire features excellent formability, long life and super lighting efficiency. Mainly used for making various electron tube, H series auto lamp,halogen lamp and other special lamp. 

 

Applications of Tungsten Wires:

 

Mainly applied for coating thin film in making christmas ball, bottle cap, shoe heel, reflection cap, lamp industry etc, as a heater in vacuum metalizing machine.


 *For producing electric light source parts and electric vaccum components
 *For producing heating elements and refractory parts in high temperature furnaces
 *For producing heating elements used in vaccum metalizing or plating
 Appearance:  W-wire is regular black covered with graphite. After graphite is removed it is metallic luster.
