The introduction of the tungsten carbide plates

The tungsten carbide plates are mostly used for cutting tools and wear parts. They could be ground or unground. They are very high wear resistance to help the application life. There are some recommended grades: YG6C, YG8C, YG6, YG8, YG10 and so on, which meet the standard GB, ANSI and so on.

The carbide wear plates are chosen from the 100%virgin raw material, which meet the ISO 9001 quality system. The professional engineer designs the mould to ensure the accuracy of final products. The tungsten carbide wear plates are developed by the advanced technology, the automatic pressing, HIP sintering with the strict tolerance extent control.  The HIP sintering can ensure the stable microstruture. The average working life of tungsten carbide plates is increased by 25%.
